It is with considerable regret that the BCGA Board of Directors announce Stuart Meindersma (Scruffster)'s resignation as President of the BCGA, effective immediately. Stuart has cited health concerns as the reason for his departure. We'd like to take this opportunity to thank Stuart for the work that he has done for the BCGA during his short term and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

Per the society's bylaws, the Board of Directors must now appoint another member into this vacant role.

Effective immediately, the following appointments have been made:

- Ted Nash (Teddy2k) has been appointed the new President of the BCGA
- Kelly Contant (TESKELLY) has been appointed the new Vice President of the BCGA
- Andrew Toms (plumbrokeacres) has been appointed the new Director of the BCGA
