Is there an easy way to find a list of recently archived caches so I can delete them from my 'to do' printouts????? I just manually went through some of the cache pages from my 'to do' pile and several had been archived. I need an easier way to keep them up to date since I still prefer paper.

if you use gsak, what I sometimes do is set my caches in GSAK to disabled, then do a import, the caches that are active will set them back to active, the ones left disabled, were not included on the Pocket Query as archived never show up in PQ's.

Instead of a 'todo' printout why not use a GC Bookmark List. The cache name will be crossed out if it is inactive.
I think you would have to be a paying GC user to have bookmarks though.
