Does anybody know of a place in Vancouver or Victoria that sells RAM mounts? I was going to order one from GPSCentral for my 76CSx but I'm not exactly sure which bits and pieces will work best for me and I wanted to check them out in person rather than ordering a bunch of stuff and then having to send back what I don't want.

You may want to check Ebay too. I got a gps mount (not ram) for $11.

www.deakin.com/
Under GPS Navigation, Accesories.
Bunch different mounts there, did not look at all of them.
They have store in Vancouver & North Van.

I checked out Deakin's web site and it looks like they only carry the Garmin mounts.

We were in Nikka in Steveston a while back and they had a very large section of GPSr and accessories. You might want to send them an inquiry. The web site doesn't link to their electronics but here is the web addy.

Nikka

Speaking from experience, give GPS Central a call. They are very helpful.
