Pyramid Falls:  [?] . During the heyday of rail travel, Canadian Pacific trains always slowed at Pyramid Falls to give tourists a photo oppurtunity. For this reason, Pyramid Falls beat out Niagra as the most photographed waterfall in Canada. [M | C

A bit off topic, but I thought it was interesting...

Apparently this year is a La Nina type of year meaning the ocean current is colder then normal. I'm starting to believe it now after looking at our weekly forecast for Nanaimo. Look at the 24hour snow for next Thursday and Friday nights....

I do see the "rain" part as well, just depends which comes first.

On a side note, did anyone else notice the top heading? Shocked

If Quebec became it's own nation, would we need a passport just to get over to the maritime's?

Vancouver's long range forecast calls for more mixed rain and snow. **wiping brow** I hope that is the case. I really don't want another winter like 2008. That was brutal. Bad caching winter.
