Swans of Lonesome Lake
Swans of Lonesome Lake:  [?] . You might remember a book called "The Caruso of Lonesome Lake" where Ralph Edwards saved the BC Trumpeter swans from extinction from the 1920's to the 1950s. It was almost required reading for our generation in elementry school in the 70s. Edwards cabin burnt down in the BC fires of 2004. [M | C

I have found the website to be fairly 'static" this year. In the previous year, we saw newsletters and stories posted more regularly (in fact I wrote a number of them). This year, the content doesn't seem to change much so I feel less inclined to go the site, and i have had other geocachers say the same thing. In today's blog-based software a feature story can be put together quickly and the content rotated often. Even on our regional site (interiorgeoaching.com) we post several stories a week.
Is this a conscious decision to do this, or is it just that no one has taken this role for the organization? Do we want to see more posts? Do we want to feature events, regional news, etc. or is the content all to be found in the Forums?
What can we do to help out?

I agree, couloir. It would be nice to see more content. I wouldn't mind contributing the occasional story (not saying anyone would find it interesting Yuck ) Is this something that should be solicited from the membership?
