Can someone please tell me what the point of retroactively dipping a personal TB is? I really don't understand what satisfaction you get out of this.

Dipping a TB or geocoin in all the caches you visited kinda gives you a sense of the many miles you've travelled geocaching over the years. You also get a route map. I'm thinking of doing it myself.

Plus my personal TB serves as a one stop storage for all the poems I've written as cache logs in the past.

GSAK Stats generator also keeps track of your total cache to cache distance.

I have a BCGA coin that I dip into caches where I've met other cachers. It's my way of keeping a log of who/when/where I've met some of the others from the game.
