Westworld magazine printed a lttile blurb on the Adams River Salmon Run and geocaching. Unfortunately somehow the planned “5 stage multi-cache” was portrayed as a “5 phase event”, which is not planned.

The 5 stage multi-cache should be published soon along with a new underwater cache that allows you to scuba dive or snorkel with salmon.

There are currently 17 caches in Roderick Haig-Brown Provincial park which surrounds the Adams River.

I will be doing some intro to geocaching presentations this month at the Salute to the Sockeye event.

Shuswap area geocachers are planning a Mega-Event for July 2011, more information will be available soon.

We paddled the Shuswap River from Mable Lake from just below the Chuck to Enderby this weekend. A steady stream of sockeye and chinook, mostly in shallow water over a 35km corridor. A river asking for caches along the route!

July 16th right? That's the same weekend as The Best of The Bad Mega in Alberta. I think it should be the week before. We could go from the ??? Rush, to Shuswap, and to WESTCAN1(cbgeocaching) within a span of 3 weekends. Party Hat Party Hat Party Hat
