Judging by the many new people who registered this week, it looks like a lot of GPSr's were received this Christmas.

Wondering what to do with that new GPS? Why not try Geocaching.

Visit the BCGA forums for information on how to use your new GPS. You'll also find tips and tricks on how to find your first geocache.

In February, the BCGA will host events across the province. These events will be specifically oriented to teach newbies all about the wonderful world of Geocaching. Find an event close to you and meet geocachers young and old. Event dates will be posted within a few weeks.   full article.

Its a great idea to have sessions for beginning geocachers, but the Interior will be covered in snow in February, so the later we leave this, the better. its easier to get people out once the snows melt.
