We're happy to say that our new website is coming along smashingly..
If you take a look you can see what are aim is, and we are wanting to work with our fellow cachers to highlight their adventures, stories & cache logs. Currently I am having an issue getting windows media to work so not all videos are opporating.
We are hoping also to work with the BCGA and be able to take some of the stories that have been posted on the BCGA site and put them on our website so that the stories don't get "lost" in the archives.
Would anyone have objections to that? We know that their is a disclaimer that none of the information would go to a third party. Would the BCGA be ok if we asked the authors if they would be willing and if the authors agree to sharing would that be ok?
We are looking for cache logs, why you placed a cache in a certain area, we also want to highlight blog entries. Share CITO Clean up stories, trip reports - Kind of Like a BC Geocachers magazine..
We also want to build a kids corner and are looking at what kids would like - as well as reports on those special cache series, hiking caches and so forth.
As well as highlight other celebrations of our fellow cachers lives that aren't just "caching related" and I've even put in a section for a geocache advise columinst..
I think the newest entry for the advice will be "Dear Luna - My wife is having a nervous breakdown because she can't go caching - what should I do"
Anyway feedback about & through our website is appreciated..

Have a great weekend everyone - and those going to Gold Rush - enjoy!
We'll be on a 5 day adventure finding our own treasure in our memories..
And keep your fingers crossed - we are hoping to meet with the City of Princeton on August 4th to get premission to use the fairgrounds as base camp for the Copper Rush - and apparently I've heard they have showers there!
