I posted this to the GC site:

I do live in Kelowna, but have never heard of that name, nor seen that object (or anyone just like it) before.

We'll do our best to find the intended, by showing pictures at all the local events.

If you want to send it over, we could show it around, and even didp it into the local caches.

Mystery Solved:

A local cacher's cousin was visiting here from England, and bought the trinket here, now wants it to be returned to the local cacher here. We will see what happens next...
