My boss found a mid-size lock-n-lock in the river in Richmond. He dried it out and brought it to me. Fortunately, the GC number was still legible and I've emailed the cache owner but I'm not sure that emails go through. On top of that, the cache had been archived, presumably before the thing wound up in the water.
Is there somewhere that I can drop this thing off?

I think any CO would be thrilled to retrieve a cache that was lost to the mighty Fraser! I have one that is swimming with the fishies but unfortunately this is not the one. The find gives us all hope . . .
