It is great to join the BCGA and be able to share our adventures to the fellow BC cachers.
RVTraveller and I went to Sechelt this past weekend to do the 10 part Coast Decachelon (GCYFJV) on the advice of our good friends Afternoonshift. What a great experience and the scenery that we got to see was fabulous. Afternoonshift became our private cab drivers
as we managed to capture all 10 caches on Saturday and got the finale early Sunday morning. The complete series could be done in one day but there are a couple of good hikes involved but worth it in the end.
If you are thinking of doing some caching on the Sunshine Coast make sure you take in the Decachelon series as well as a number of others that the small numbers of cachers have placed. You will need a car to complete the adventure as the whole series are located between Gibsons where the BC Ferry dock is up to Sechelt.
