Just sent an email as well. I have a magellan triton 400, I don't use it as my main device but still own it.

We sent them a message as well - We know we had a few frustrations with ours at the start, but now have mastered it.. Smile

Hey guys,

I was able to send back your cord thank you again so much for the use of it. I was so shocked when my hubby bought me the triton for Christmas. I must have been a good girl lol. I also sent you a little something something as a thank you Smile It is gems like you that make caching such a great experience.
Debbie (D_Able_Cachers) was telling me that you had to switch screens on your triton to go from the compass to the distance to cache. I was able to set the screen so now I have the distance to cache on the compass page. Were you able to do the same??
