This is mostly an update for our members who are still on dial-up.

Recently, it was identified that the banner images that are displayed at the top of the website were not optimized for website use, which I believe is the main cause of why the website loads so slowly for those members on dial-up. I found that some of the images were taking up to almost 1 full minute to download for those members.

You'll be happy to know that I have completed the optimization of all 63 of the banner images. What this means is that they should now load 80% faster than before, which is obviously a significant time savings.

For most members on dial-up, you probably won't notice a difference right away since the old unoptimized images have been stored in your web browser's cache. To solve this, you can simply clear the cache before browsing the site, which will force your browser to download the new optimized images.

Merry Christmas Touque

I thank you and the dial up people thank you. Of that I have no doubt.

They're not blurry. They're perfect. At least with my screen.

Someone send me a flatscreen for Christmas. And and and headphones and a microphone for skype and and and.....

...used is fine. I'm working with airline headphones from the 80s right now.
