My son was wondering if he can enter & choose not to take the IPOD but instead choose to have a donation made to the charity of his choice?

The ipods were purchased as requested in our contract with BC Parks. If anyone would prefer not to take the iPod and leave it for some one
else then that in its self is a donation. Otherwise the winner can sell the iPod and the profits can be distributed to the owners satisfaction.

Thanks for the reply, It is too bad that their request can not be accomodated.

Out of curiosity - Is the executive prepared to disclose how much the contract was worth yet? I know the members would love to hear that - and how the money was spent already and what the plans are for the future. I know in the past this was not feasible, but now that the program has been launched that it should no longer be a barrier.

Yes on talking about the funds... I'll do that on a new thread though as I'd like to keep this one on-topic. Also, I am a bit rushed for time right now, so I'll post a full info piece either later tonight or tomorrow some time. Hope that is ok.

Thanks.
